My research interests relate to the general topics of attitudes, justice, humour, and social cognition (I have ongoing research in each of these areas). See my Research Interests page for details. In 2010-2011, I am teaching one undergraduate course, Psychology 2070B, Social Psychology, in the winter term. See my Teaching page for more information. I am on sabbatical leave until December 31, 2010.

I have been fortunate to be supported by research grants from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. This agency has funded my lab continuously since I arrived at Western Ontario and has also supported many of my graduate students during their training, as well as a postdoctoral fellow who is currently working with me.

If you have never visited Western or London, I encourage you to do so someday. The campus is lovely, and the city is beautiful as well (London is known as the Forest City). Of course, you’ll want to visit the Psychology Department too!
