Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES!) study for at-risk youth
INTERESTED IN LEARNING COPING SKILLS & TECHNIQUES TO HELP YOU DEAL WITH STRESS?? Are you between 16 to 25 and are under stress? Consider joining a research study on a life skills program, called YES! A unique blend of yoga, meditation & a special breathing technique, with lots of fun & games. Help yourself love yourself!
