January 1, 2012 - Graduate Student Positions Available
We are looking for students with a
strong background in immunology,
biochemistry, molecular biology or cell biology interested in pursuing
a masters or PhD degree. Several projects are available. If
you are interested in joining our dynamic and growing group please send
us an email with your curriculum vitae and

research experience. Please note that all prospective students
must be pre-approved by the department, so before contacting Dr Heit
please ensure you meet our entrance

October 13, 2011 - First Experiment
This
"simple" PCR gel
represents a signifigant milestone in the development of the Heit lab -
it is the result of our first experiment. Not only that, but the
experiment worked! Not bad, considering that our lab has only
been open for 3 months and 13 days.
July 1, 2011 - We're Officially Open!
Happy Canada day, and welcome to my new
