On Thursday, 8^th April, we shall finish the class lectures by considering, first, some failures in ancient technology and then we shall look at the very last part of a most interesting video on the re-creation of “Greek Fire” (a late [c.675 AD] creation of the Byzantine Empire), the most plausible historical early attempt to create a genuine flame thrower.
