Frances Glendenning holding Nancy, Tom standing, Isabel seated:
and here is a bit of surviving letter from Frances to her sister Ethel
Wake back in England, telling of getting her teeth taken out, the hard
work in Saskatchewan, and complaining about the unhelpfulness of
young Tom with the new baby.

and here is some more from Frances to Ethel, perhaps complaining about
a 3rd sister, Mary, asking for "Jim" to come over to help with the harvest,
and again complaining about the unhelpfulness of young Tom.

and here is a bit from the Moose Jaw Times Sept 30, 1927:
By this certificate, it appears that Frances Bowman would have been 32
on Oct. 15, 1927, if she had lived 2 weeks more. By this, her
birthdate would be Oct. 14 or 15, 1895 but in other sources her birthdate
is given as March.

and here is a letter about the fire to Mrs. Wake, Frances' Bowman's sister
Ethel, from a neighbour of the Glendennings:

On the following map of the Glendenning homestead, you can see that Mrs.
Compton, who wrote the letter is kitty-corner to the Glendennings in Section
15.
and here is Darmody in relation to Moose Jaw:
