- Healthy Workplaces: Develop theory-driven, evidence-based strategies to create healthy workplace environments that promote nurses’ and patient health
- Supportive Work Environment: To develop and build a theoretical understanding of the factors that promote effective professional practice by nurses in current health care settings
- Nurse and Patient Health: To identify structures and processes required to retain healthy and satisfied nurses in order to deliver high quality patient care
