Note: Proteins with apparent molecular masses of 60 and 33 kDa co-immunoprecipitate with E1A. These proteins have been identified as p60/cyclin A and p33/cdk2. These proteins do not directly interact with E1A. They co-precipitate with E1A as a result of their interactions with members of the RB family (A , B), which do bind directly to E1A (see above).
