  July/August 2011: Lars organized and
chaired the Gordon
Research Conference on Biological Molecules in the Gas Phase and in
Solution, which was attended by more than 100 top-notch scientists
from all over
the world. The conference was held at Proctor Academy in Andover, New

 June 2011: Group dinner at the 59th ASMS Conference in Denver. This year we presented a record 7 posters, two orals, and one contribution at the HDX/Covalent Labeling Interest Group meeting. Shown in this picture: Elias, Lars, Brad, Stephen, Jingxi, and Lucy (missing: Jenna and Siavash). May 2011: For the second time in a row, Brad Stocks is selected as the recipient of the Nellie Farthing Fellowship, one of the most important awards that the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry presents to especially deserving graduate students. Congratulations!!! May 2011: Congratulations to Dr. Jingxi Pan, on winning the 2011 Canadian Life Sciences Travel Award of the Canadian Society for Mass Spectrometry, in support of his presentation at this year's ASMS meeting in Denver. May 2005: Congratulations to Derek Wilson, on winning a best poster award for his presentation "Ultra-rapid Microfluidic Desalting of Protein Solutions for Electrospray Mass Spectrometry" at this year's Western Institute for Nanoscience (WINS) Conference.
March 2005: Our new CFI/OIT-funded Micromass Q-TOF Ultima is now up and running (resolution = 20,000!!).
