Feelings arise when there is contact between the six internal organs and the six external objects. Parts of the body Senses

1. Form (rupa)
2. Feeling (vedana)
3. Volition (samskara) Is the response of the will to the six external objects- senses. |
4. Perception (samjna) These are related to the six external objects -senses. 5. Consciousness (vijnana) This grasps the characteristics of the six external objects- senses.
