Lisa
Klinger joined the School of Occupational Therapy following a successful twenty
year career in the practice of Occupational Therapy in London. Clinically,

adaptation to chronic pain in the elderly. Her research interests include occupational
adaptation to chronic pain and acquired brain injury, and issues related to
universal access to education and the community. She continues to hold a part-time
appointment with Rehabilitation Management Inc., a private rehabilitation company,
where she works as a rehabilitation counselor/occupational therapist with individuals
who have had catastrophic impairments as the result of motor vehicle accidents.
Her work in this area, besides the practice of occupational therapy, includes
case coordination and completion of future care needs reports. She has several
times been called as an expert witness in court.
