Fees
A one time, non-refundable registration fee of $20.00 per family will be charged. Parents are required to present payments and schedules at least two weeks in advance.
The current fees (effective January 1, 2007) are:
Infants
Full-Time - $190/Week
Part-Time - $41/Day
Half Days - $30/Day
Occasional Care - $45/Day
Toddlers
Full-Time - $165/Week
Part-Time - $35/Day
Half Days - $26/Day
Occasional Care - $39/Day
Preschool
Full-Time - $145/Week
Part-Time - $31/Day
Half Days - $23/Day
Occasional Care - $35/Day
Nursery School
Half Days - $15/ am or pm (no lunch provided for either program)
Summer Camp
Full-Week Enrollment Only - $140/Week (members); $155/Week (non-members) (no lunch provided)
(Not including any material fees which will be posted with the planned activities in March.)
Summer Camp Payment Schedule
Invoices will be issued and payments are due as follows:
July Programs – All payments due on June 1st.
August Programs – All payments due on July 1st.
Cancellations made after payment are not subject to reimbursement. In the event the Director can find a replacement, we will issue a reimbursement.
School Age (6 to 12 years)
Full Day - $26/Day (no lunch)
Before and After School Rates

10% Discount for families of 2 or more children attending full time.
Before and After School Payment Schedule
Payment schedules will be provided in September for the school year. Ten Post dated cheques are collected in September - one post dated cheque for each month (September to June). Payments are due 1 month in advance.
Short Program
$26.00 a day
Bus Delay Days
$20.00 a day
½ day programs are a maximum of 5 hours. The morning program ends by 12:00 pm.
It is your responsibility to sign your child in/out. The maximum time will be charged if no time is recorded.
Parents will be notified of any increase of fees in advance. Regular fees are charged for the days your child is sick and for statutory holidays.
Arrears and NSF Fees
Fees not paid within two weeks of invoicing are considered in arrears and a $25.00 fine will be applied on a monthly basis until payment is received in full. Invoicing will also be done on a monthly basis. NSF cheques are subject to a fine of $25.00 per occurrence.
Subsidy
The Ministry of Community and Social Services, Children's Services Division administers a program that subsidizes daycare fees for parents in need of assistance. Please contact the Director for further information.
