Office hours for Program Director's meetings are all arranged for the next couple of months. Check out the spreadsheet on the Google Drive. Please be sure to sign up for a session. Once you sign up for a meeting, you don't need another one for 8 weeks after.
CARMs workloads have been distributed. We look forward to an exciting CARMs experience for selection of the next cohort.
Don't forget to involve yourself in our social media platforms. You can engage in online discussions and even contribute cases. This is the way information is now disseminated. Every ER platform has social media exposition. It is important to learn about them.
Finally, on the Google Drive you will see a collection of materials for each core lecture. I am starting to put these together so you can review stuff prior to the lecture. They are basically just online articles and PDF's providing a background to each lecture.

Please start collecting your evaluations and send me the paper ones by email. I need to know that you have had a good start to the year and that the rotations have been going well. I need to know if there have been concerns.

By now you should have completed your orientation and reviewed all the materials at orientation. You should have gone through the manual and familiarized yourself with the program and what is to happen in the months to come. You should be underway your first rotation and collecting those evaluations and loggin in those procedures.
Please try to meet with your mentors for coffee or beers this month and at least say hi to the research mentors to sign your research agreement. Anyone who has not signed the research agreement by now should be getting on this right away.
You should be familiar with the procedure loggin tool and using the Google Drive at www.gmail.com with the username western.ccfpem. You should have the password.
Please remember that US and Research Deadlines come up very quickly. Talk to Drs Seong and Hassani to make sure you are not falling behind.
Please check Google Drive for updated summer school schedules. Susan will email teaching schedules. I will try to post Susan's announcements here as well. Continue to share materials with your colleagues on the Google Drive. Meetings with program directors will begin in August. Stay tuned for the schedule which is on the Google Drive. Your personal profiles will soon be available for you to edit before releasing to the faculty at UWO and elsewhere.
