Projects

Ongoing Project:

1. Development of nano scale supported catalyst and determination of the catalytic activity

2. The study of sintering behaviour of noble metal supported catalyst

Previous Projects:

Synthesis of natural and isotopically labeled plant signaling molecules for phytohormone profiling studies
Synthesis of ABA (abscisic acid) analogs. Isolation of the natural products from the plants
HPLC quantitative analysis of labeled standards
Synthesis of NCE’s (New Chemical Entities) to be tested on neuroprotectants and cancer modulators; synthesis of authentic (and isotopically labeled) samples of metabolites
Design, synthesis and characterization of oraganometallic catalysts
Study of organic reaction mechanisms
