Torcs 1.3.0 Universal Binary for Mac OS X

Only limited testing has been performed, so use at your own risk.
Changes since the previous package:
1) The OpenAL framework from OpenAL.org was not universal, so it took a little extra effort to build the universal package. This package now uses the OpenAL framework provided by Apple along with freealut.
2) Fix: A typo that prevented the olethros robot from loading was corrected.
3) To demonstrate what Torcs is capable of, Quickrace is setup with lots of rally cars on the track Dirt 3.
4) It requires OS X 10.4 or later.
5) The DMG is smaller because 10.4 and later support bzip2 compression
