The Corporate Archives serve as the permanent
repositories of the corporate memories of Great-West Life, London Life, and
Canada Life.

The Archives' mandate is to assess, collect,
describe, preserve and make available any recorded information that has been
deemed vital to the
business interests of our companies and / or illustrates our
corporations' rich history.

The Corporate Archives, as part of the
Archives and Records Management function, coordinates all aspects of
record-keeping for the corporations,
and works to provide a seamless transition
of records, from their active use to their final disposition.
