My love for cooking started when I started my undergraduate degree.
I quickly realized that I had been extremely fortunate to have a mother who happened to cook me amazing meals all the time! All of the sudden, I was left to my own resources and had to figure out how to mimic the same tastes.
This meant that I needed to learn how to quick with the ingredients and flavours I was craving. This was more difficult than I expected due to a lot of my meals being Japanese style.
