January 2005 Championship

Seena corners the market.  Seconds before the start of this video, Simon ran into serious trouble by landing on Chemistry (one of the green properties on the UWO board).  He owes Peter $1275 and is not far from bankruptcy.  Seena alertly dashes in to buy up Simon's property before Peter can start maneuvering.  This was a critical move (and brought polite applause from the gallery).
