Welcome to the 5th annual graduate conference in the Philosophy of Logic, Mathematics and Physics at the University of Western Ontario. The purpose of this registration form is to let us know how many participants to expect. Participants who are providing papers will be offered free accomodation and every effort will be made to find free (or almost free) accomodations for student participants who are not presenting papers.
