Samantha Jade Withnell, MSc

Hi! I’m a PhD Candidate in Clinical Psychology studying at the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada. My research is focused on biopsychosocial weight factors (e.g., weight stigma, weight suppression) and their prospective links to disordered eating behaviors and associated impairments.

My MSc and PhD have both been supervised by Dr. Lindsay Bodell, and I received my BA (Hons.) in Psychology from the University of Calgary in 2017, supervised by Dr. Kristin von Ranson and Dr. Chris Sears.
