In my clinical training, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, operational stress injuries, eating disorders, and personality disorders. I’ve also conducted diagnostic assessments for neurodevelopmental, learning and mental health disorders, using standardized assessment instruments. My training has been primarily Cognitive Behavioral in orientation, though I’ve also received training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and group Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
