optical properties of ZnO-ZnS heterostructures.

Prof. Sham and Lijia visit SPring-8 (Japan) for one
week doing resonant inelastic X-ray scattering on Ce-compounds
at beamline ID-39 in collaboration with Dr. Hisashi Ayashi's group from
Japan Women's University.
