Laboratory

 We have labs on the second floor of the Chemistry Building: 200, 201, 202 and instruments in 225 and 221.  We have all the common instrumentation necessary for our work in our own labs.

Synthesis:

As from having well-equipped labs for synthetic organic chemistry we are able to perform machine-assisted syntheses:

ABI 433A Peptide synthesizer for small scale (5-20 umol) and large scale (mmol) syntheses

ABI 392 DNA synthesizer

Isolation and Purification:

Waters HPLC systems.

Characterization and Study:

Cary 300 UV-vis                             PTI fluorimeter

OLIS CD spectrophotometer      Waters Aquity UPLC-ESI MS system
