Taste of Germany is a collection of authentic traditional German recipes, just like Oma's. My father was born and raised in the Black Forest region of Germany. He grew up foraging in the forests and fields of his village Sulgen, now part of the larger urban city Schramberg. My father stayed true to his German roots in the kitchen, something I wanted to capture and share.
