Along with the typical equipment found in wet laboratory settings, our laboratory has the following state-of-the-art equipment for dedicated use by our members:

• AKTA Pure 25L FPLC with ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction, size-exclusion columns (S200, S75, peptide, analytical and preparatory grade columns), multi-size fraction collector.
• Large capacity Eppendorf refrigerated incubator-shaker (up to 24 L simultaneous culture).
• Wyatt DynaPro Nanostar Light Scattering system (down to 1.5 microL sample volumes).
• Wyatt Dawn Heleos II Multi Angle Light Scattering system (16-angle, in-line with AKTA Pure SEC).
• Wyatt Optilab T-rEX Differential Refractometer (in-line with MALS and AKTA Pure SEC).
• Wyatt Calypso II Composition Gradient System (in-line with MALS).

COMING SOON: Microscale thermophoresis unit for characterizing diverse biomolecular interactions.
