Graduate Students

We are always looking for highly motivated graduate students at the MSc and PhD levels with an interest in structural biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, live cell fluorescent imaging and Ca2+ signaling dysfunction in disease.

Post-doctoral Fellows

We are currently looking for Post-doctoral fellows with an interest in gaining multi-disciplinary training in structural biology, cell biology, biochemistry and pharmacology. This candidate’s project will focus on the structural mechanisms of Ca2+ signaling systems by applying solution nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and/or X-ray crystallography with the ultimate goal of discovering new drug targets for the treatment of prominent diseases such as cancers and heart disease. The incumbent will be expected to have completed a PhD in biochemistry, biophysics, pharmacology or related discipline. Further, the candidate must have demonstrated the ability to work independently and can expect to be involved in the design of the research experiments, manuscript writing, training junior personnel and potentially grant writing.

If you are interested in any of these positions, please send your CV and a statement of research interests to Dr. Peter Stathopulos
