Plot summary:

Francis, Chris, Mariana and her little brother Jack find themselves shipwrecked on a volcanic island in the middle of the Indian Ocean. The volcano keeps sending lava in the direction of the four desperate castaways. The lava keeps spreading, but there is no help in sight. Can the children figure out a way of getting off the island before the lava swallows them up? The air scroll from Mr. Chagrin's shop holds the key to their plight. The children must survive against all odds by building a house, finding food and... solving a new set of puzzles about the air. But thanks to the familiar figurine helpers — Grumpy Marvin, Happy Joel, Teary Teresa and Travelin' Tim — the four heroes are not entirely alone.
