Gadgets

There are 75 gadgets in Genshin Impact and counting! Gadgets are useful items in Genshin Impact that can help you find hidden chests, Mora, Artifacts, and other Ascension materials throughout the game.

While gadgets are completely optional – there are some that need to be used for specific quests such as the Memento Lense which is used in the Scared Sakura Cleansing Ritual quest. Some are primarily for utility such as the Kamera which allows you to take a snapshot of the game and save it to your computer. Either way, gadgets are a great way of maximizing game rewards! Here are some of Paimon’s personal favourites!

NRE (Nutrition-Ready-to-Eat)

Once you have raised your reputation level in Mondstadt to level 5, you can get the recipe for NRE. This pouch helps to revive or heal characters in the heat of battle. An NRE is crafted at the Blacksmith Crafting Bench. Simply equip the NRE for your next battle and select the foods you would like to increase your ATK, CRIT DMG, Defense, or Elemental boost.

Treasure Compass

Similarly, to the NRE, you can craft a variety of Treasure Compasses from Liyue, Inazuma, and Mondstadt reputation rewards Once equipped, it will point you in the direction of the tearest treasure chest.

Resonance Stones

In your travels, you will encounter oculi which are used to level up Statues of the Seven located in every reigion across Teyvat. Oculi are offered up to the Statues of the Seven to gain rewards such as Primogems, Fragile Resin, and Mora.

Since some oculi are hidden in plain sight, you can use Resonance Stones to help you collect them all. Simply raise your reputation level in Mondstadt or Liyue and you will receive the recipe which you craft at the Alchemy bench. Resonance Stones are consumables and can only be used once. After you use it, it will highlight an area on the map that contains an oculus.

Parametric Transformers

As previously mentioned, players will often collect items in their inventory that they don’t need. The Parametric Transformer can transform everyday items into rewards such as Hero’s Wit, Adventurers Experience, or other Talent Level Up materials.

To initiate the transformation, you will need to power up the transformer with elemental energy. Simply place the item in front of an elemental stone such as an electrical crystal or use elemental attack to power it up. You will then press the ‘F’ key to activate and select the items in your inventory that you wish to transform
