As stated in the About Me section of this site, my academic background includes studies in multiple different fields: Women and Gender Studies, Equity Studies, Diaspora and Transnational Studies, English and Popular Culture, and Library and Information Science. I would love to chat about any of these disciplines!
I also like to think of myself as a lifelong student, or as a lifelong learner. I love listening to people talk about subjects and studies that they are really passionate about. If there is anything that you are really passionate about that is not included in this list, please reach out to me for a conversation!
There are some many ways that we can learn, even outside of school. My favourite at the moment is watching educational YouTube videos, like those from Mina Le which discuss the history of various trends in fashion, and those from Jessica Kellgren-Fozard which discuss parts of Queer History.
